Hello dear readers,

It's a pleasure to welcome you back here :)

Today I want to talk about moving on. No, but ACTUALLY moving on.

Well, today as I was walking through the street, I saw a man go into a very dark parking garage, that seemed really weird and sketchy, and I thought to myself: I never want to go there in my life.

This led me to think: why do we go back to toxic things even though we know they are not good for us? Recently I have been making lots of changes in my life, and this also includes removing people and bad habits. I have let lots of people go without any remorse or regrets recently, because they were just toxic and did not help me improve my life. Literally even thinking about someone can drain you, so why do it at all? just fucking let it go away.

We should be ok accepting we never want to see someone again and cutting them off . This is quite liberating, knowing that we are happier not having this person in our life and finally moving on.

Sometimes we think one day they might come back, but we should just accept that they won't. We get this adrenaline rush, wanting to reconnect with someone, even knowing that they're bad for us. And even though it might feel good in the moment, going back to someone who is not meant for you is only gonna hurt you in the end, because they left your life for a reason.

I feel like this feeling of completely moving on and knowing this is gone from your life, and that you don't want it ever again is very healing. It's amazing to see that we just don't care so much about something or someone who used to take up so much time in our thoughts. We have to stay disciplined and cut contact off, cut everything off, because deep down we know we are never going to go back to that person or situation, because we deserve so much better, and it just keeps us away from letting good things into our life. Once we truly close that door, we are gonna attract so much positive energy and people <3

So you reading, just move on, you don't even need to forgive. Just move on from that toxic person, or toxic situation, from that toxic negative self-talk, from your toxic friends. YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT.

let's stop holding onto things that do not serve us and attract all good things.

and with that said, I leave you with today's quote:

" if something's toxic and it's only ever really been that, what are you gonna do? Just move on, it's fine"

-Taylor Swift (mother)
